Based on our best selling Medium Van kit, this bundle has an upgrade to our PRO grade 10mm liner and 2mm deadening. Developed in the UK in collaboration with many leading van conversion companies. Designed to give you the performance , flexibility and quality you need for your next van project.

Most popular vans in the UK start life with very little luxury, however the load area can be improved dramatically with the application of sound deadening and insulation. Workhorse or weekend getaway vehicle, we can upgrade your van in a few simple steps.

This pack contains enough sound deadening and insulation to treat the crucial sides, wheel arch, front cab and roof areas of a medium sized van e.g:

• The Dodo DEADN Hex sound deadening mat is applied first at approximately 50% coverage ratio to all single skin steel areas, such as the side panels, roof, wheel arches and doors. This is a simple peel & stick application. The large van will take approximately two Bulk 50 sheet packs (9.4sq.m) of sound deadening for these areas.

To complete the installation add a secondary layer of Dodo Thermo Liner Pro to the sides and roof. This product will help regulate the temperatures inside the van. Cooler in summer and warmer in winter. The dense closed cell foam layer will also work in harmony with the Dodo DEADN Pro sound deadening layer to improve sound proofing even further.

The final van will be quieter with improved ride quality and the interior comfort will have been upgraded significantly.

All of the products are easy to apply, self adhesive and can be cut or shaped with a sharp knife. The products are designed specifically for automotive use and therefore are fire retardant to ISO3795 and will not absorb moisture or mould.

• Dodo Fleece EVO is an itch-free sustainable insulation quilt manufactured from recycled plastic bottles. The latest EVO version has been improved to give a tighter composition, this helps keep the shape and form when installing into tight spaces. You still have the same great thermal performance, but with less mess and shedding!
  
  Dodo Mat Fleece offers a safe, sustainable and cost effective way to insulate your camper van. It contains 100% recycled polyester and is made almost entirely from recycled plastic bottles.  It is suitable for all vehicle applications, is non-irritant and requires no protective clothing when installing. It will not absorb moisture in high humidity conditions and does not support mould growth.
  
  One face of the product has been lightly heat treated to give a slightly smoother finish, perfect for improved spray adhesive and panel contact when installing. Dodo Fleece EVO can be cut using a straight edge and a Stanley knife, or simply torn apart.
  
  Dodo Fleece EVO is long-lasting and safe to handle. It can be used to insulate between campervan panels or simply laid on top of existing van insulation to improve overall insulation performance.

Dodo Mat DEADN DUO Pro - This unique product offers two essential layers in one simple application! The Pro version is designed as a thicker flooring underlay with a heavier deadening and thicker insulation layer.

With soundproofing, & insulation combined, this product is perfect for floor and boot areas of the vehicle and will kill vibrations, block noise and insulate the panels. Simply peel & stick onto the metalwork in one easy application.

Sound Deadening Layer

Dodo Mat DEADN DUO Pro has a 2mm butyl rubber deadening layer to reduce vibration from the panel and act as a barrier to airborne noise. More rubber and less mineral filler means better vibration damping and noise reduction. Dodo Mat DEADN DUO Pro placed on the metal floor of any vehicle will destroy unwanted vibrations & structural noise.

Insulation Layer

Duo Pro features an integral 5mm Dodo Super Liner top layer. This special formulation closed cell foam has excellent thermal and acoustic properties, ideal to reduce noise and insulate the vehicle. The closed cell foam layer will act as a thermal insulating layer to help stabilise vehicle cabin temperatures throughout the year and reduce the chances of condensation forming.
